PPI COMMITTEES

Below is a listing of our committees/teams, the committee/team chair-person and duties for each.  We invite you to join one or more of these Committees/Teams.  Meetings for each of these could be monthly, quarterly or "as needed" depending on the team and what is needed to accomplish. IMAGE COMP TEAM

SHERRI BARON

This team coordinates the preparation and presentation of the Annual and Mid Year Image Competition and Awards. The committee works with printcompetition.com and zoom to facilitate the competitions. Rule editing is a crucial part of the team.

MARKETING TEAM

JEN ALVI

The Marketing Committee is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies that promote the organization’s mission, programs, and events. The committee works to increase visibility, strengthen brand identity, and engage target audiences through various communication channels, including print, digital, social media, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

  • Support membership growth and retention through promotional efforts.

  • Collaborate with other committees to promote events, programs, and initiatives.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed.

  • Explore innovative approaches to expand reach and engagement.

CONVENTION TEAM

DENNIS HAMMON

The Convention Committee is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the annual convention. This includes coordinating event schedules, securing venues, arranging speakers and instructors, managing vendor and sponsor relationships, and overseeing logistics to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all attendees. The committee works closely with the Board of Directors and other committees to align the convention with the organization’s mission, provide educational opportunities, and create a welcoming and engaging environment.
